This study explores the relationship between organizational socialization and employee commitment,
examining how socialization processes, interpersonal relationships, and the communication of
organizational values impact employees' psychological attachment to their organizations. The research
emphasizes the role of social interactions with colleagues and supervisors, as well as the communication
of organizational norms and values, in shaping employee loyalty and long-term engagement. Drawing
on Socialization Theory, the study highlights the significance of early socialization experiences and
ongoing integration into organizational culture in fostering employee commitment. The findings suggest
that organizations should prioritize comprehensive socialization programs that align employees with
organizational values, encourage social interactions, and ensure clear communication of goals and
expectations. By doing so, organizations can enhance employee commitment, reduce turnover, and
improve overall performance. This study contributes to the understanding of organizational
socialization as a critical factor in employee commitment and offers practical recommendations for
organizations aiming to foster stronger employee engagement and retention.
